 Like a Celebrity Sweepstakes terms and conditions

  1. Jillian Leigh Jewelry’s “Like a Celebrity” giveaway contest will run from September 3rd at 2:00pm CST through October 7th at 2:00 PM
  2. To enter the giveaway: You must be a legal resident of Canada or the United States and is void where prohibited by law.
  3. By participating in this giveaway, the contestant (“you”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Jillian Leigh Jewelry as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign.
  4. You are given the chance to enter the giveaway by submitting your email on the “Like a Celebrity Sweepstakes” and by following the steps outlined on Instagram. You may choose to do either or both.
  5. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase does not enhance the chance of winning.
  6. The odds of winning depends on the number of eligible entries. Email and Instagram entries will be combined into a random draw.
  7. The approximate retail value of all prizes combined is $520.
  8. One winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Jillian Leigh Jewelry. Winner will be notified by Instagram Stories & by email the following day of the giveaway. Jillian Leigh Jewelry shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 24 hours from the time award notification is announced, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Any violation of these official rules by the winner (at Jillian Leigh Jewelry sole discretion) will result in the winner's disqualification as a winner of the campaign.
  9. The prizes will be mailed out to the winners within 30 days after the winner has been verified.
  10. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit.
  11. Any fees or taxes associated with receipt or use of a prize will be the responsibility of the winner of that prize.
  12. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend the Giveaway or to modify it in any way we see fit, in our sole discretion.
  13. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest. By entering this Giveaway, you agree that your use of Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest is subject to each social media channel’s respective Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
  14. By entering this Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these rules.
  15. This Giveaway is administered by Jillian Leigh Jewelry. Prizes will be fulfilled by Jillian Leigh Jewelry.
